With its colourful retro style, Les Dauphins captures the “joie de vivre” mood of Paris in the roaring 1920s, a time when the wines of the Dauphiné region of France became very popular due to their fruit-forward, palate-pleasing style.

Now “Joie de vivre” also comes with winegrowing as Les Dauphins Côtes du Rhône vineyards are now fully High Environmental Value certified and the new generation of young winegrowers is shaping Les Dauphins spirit: young, vibrant, committed, and positive.

Let’s go off tracks to meet some of them and learn more about their vision.

WHO ARE WE?

We are the new generation of young vinegrowers
and together we can make a difference.

LES DAUPHINS IS PROUD TO BE CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE

Our growers have converted 100% of Les Dauphins Red Côtes du Rhône vineyards

OUR EXAMPLES FOR BIODIVERSITY:

I have nest boxes in my vineyard for 3 years. Birds and bats help us control the amount of insect
and their damage on the vine.

OUR EXAMPLES FOR BIODIVERSITY:

Every year after the harvest we sow vegetal cover in the vines’ row. This brings organic matter to the
soil and promotes biodiversity.

ABOUT OUR BOTTLES

ABOUT OUR VINES

What does the HEV logo on our bottle stands for ?

HVE is the High Environmental Value certification resulting from the “Grenelle de l’Environnement” who was the local French roadmap preparing the Paris Climate Accords. It certifies all the agricultural activities of a farm, which is particularly suitable for our winegrowers families in Drôme Provençale and Vaucluse,

who live and work with polyculture (vines, olive trees, lavender, orchards). It attests that the farm : promotes biodiversity, reduces the use and frequency of treatments, maintains plant cover on uncultivated areas and preserves water resources.
